The Challenge
Maintain the character of this original 1930's home, while upgrading all systems, including kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, heating, ventilation and plumbing to make the house function like a modern, energy-efficient home.

The Solution
While the front of the home remained intact, we demolished 3000-square feet of mismatched construction projects that had been added over the decades. We rebuilt the home, integrating the modern structure in the traditional style of the original home. Harney Lighting and Electricc, updated the entire electrical service, which was a challenge due to the delicacy of the original paneling. We also took the power lines underground.
